Ideal Candidate
You have been in the Mortgage Industry for over 10 years with at least 10 years of experience involved in a Management role in operations. You have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others. Strong record of developing others. You can effectively allocate and manage resources and budgets. Again, you must be tech savvy (this is not negotiable).
